I recently happened to lead a group coaching session in a multinational company with six new managers who had recently taken on a team coordination role. We worked on how to express leadership towards coordinated people, in order to motivate and inspire them.

Through the Leadership Metaphor Explorer cards it was possible to define one's own leadership model in which to reflect oneself and to transmit to one's interlocutors.

In addition to the powerful metaphor of the illustrated cards, I proposed to identify in a conscious and authentic way the leadership style that could give everyone a sense of PEACE, playing with the acronym and analyzing dimensions such as Power - Authority - Control - Error.

It was an extremely interesting and valuable exchange, in which each manager was able to express himself sincerely, without judgment, at the same time gathering ideas and perspectives from colleagues.

An experience to repeat as soon as possible!
