Something about  to me

I am originally from Campania and since my university days I have started to connect with the habits and customs of different cities in the South, North and Central Italy, as well as some experience abroad.
For over 25 years, HR consultancy has offered me the opportunity to connect with and compare myself with different corporate realities dynamic and challenging contexts.

The connection between professional world and private life arose when I became a mother of 3 over 3 years and I had always kept working. always continuing to work.
I created another connection by founding a web company providing services for mothers, putting my experience and skills at the service of other working women facing motherhood.

I aspire to build connections with people who want to discover and enhance their personal and professional development. business coaching, inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence and many other dots to add and connect.

I believe everyone can use vulnerability as power and find comfort within discomfort. I like travelling, cooking and eating good food, cultivating deep friendships, laughing and smiling.
