Through coaching I learned to listen to myself and find my voice.

How one works Session
A safe space and without judgement
Choice of theme
As a client, you will choose what to talk about based on what you think or feel and together with me, you will define the goal of the session.
Coaching stimulates thought, reflection and inner movement and also works offline!
Conversation
As a coach I will speak very little. I will mostly ask you questions and not give you answers or opinions. Even silence is contemplated, you will see how many things you will discover...
You will identify solutions, resources and strategies and implement what you set out to do.
Change
The session will always end in a very concrete way for you: an idea to develop, a state of mind to explore, an action to put into practice in a new way.
You will discover the beauty of the here and now and you will be able to choose how, when and what to achieve in the future.
